Who We Are
Pohl Real Estate is a husband and wife real estate development and design-build company based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Our work is centered on developing our own residential properties, from initial concept through construction and final sale or rental. We are intentionally focused on doing a smaller number of projects at a higher level.
We do not operate as a traditional real estate agency, and we do not take on custom home building projects. This allows us to stay aligned with our core strength, which is creating well designed homes that reflect thoughtful planning and execution.
Our Philosophy
A well built home is the result of good decisions made early.
Site selection, layout, and design direction all play a major role in how a home performs over time. We approach each project with an emphasis on these fundamentals rather than relying on surface level features.
The goal is to create homes that feel natural to live in and continue to make sense years after they are built.

Scott Pohl
Development | Build | Sales
Scott’s background in real estate development began with AU Housing, a company that has provided housing since 1985.
He helped grow the business from 5 tenants to over 85 while developing multi unit properties and managing operations. That experience continues to shape how projects are approached today, with a focus on efficiency, durability, and long term performance.
Jutima Pohl
Design
Jutima brings a design and branding perspective shaped by her work with Coca Cola in Atlanta and New York, along with her experience co founding a boutique resort in Thailand.
Her role focuses on the design and overall feel of each home, ensuring that every space is intentional, cohesive, and aligned with how people live.
