What You’ll Need to Qualify
$1,000 Cash Down Payment
A minimum $1,000 buyer contribution is required to move forward with the purchase.
Fair to Good Credit
Buyers should have a fair to good credit score to qualify for financing and program approval.
Recent Pay Stubs
Provide current pay stubs to verify income and employment status.
Two years of tax returns
Submit the last two years of tax returns for income verification.
Self-employed Applicants
Self-employed buyers must provide 12 months of bank statements to document consistent income.
Veterans: DD214 form
Veteran applicants must submit a DD214 form to qualify for additional assistance benefits.
